Day 1: Nairobi – Masai mara

At 8 o’clock, you will be picked up from the airport or your Nairobi Hotel and commence the drive to Maasai Mara via the great rift valley viewpoint where you will have a breathtaking view of the floor of the rift valley. Arrive at the camp in time for lunch after you check in. Later at 4:00 pm depart for a game viewing drive in the Mara Reserve which lasts till 6:00pm. Day 2: Full day Maasai mara

Have breakfast at 6:30 am and at 7 am, leave for a full day game viewing in the park. On this day, spend the full day exploring Maasai Mara in search of the big five, hippos and Nile crocodile. Thereafter, go for picnic lunch in park under a croton tree shade overlooking the vast landscape of the park.

It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the great migration. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna – lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas and vultures. Ol Moran Tented Camp

Day 3: Masai mara – Nakuru 

You will have breakfast, check out and thereafter commence the drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. You will check in at camp for lunch and have some time for leisure in the afternoon. The park is a world-class bird-watching safari destination and is fondly referred to as a bird-watcher’s paradise. The park has more than 25 black rhinoceros plus around 70 white rhinos. There are also a number of Rothschild’s giraffes, waterbucks, lions, cheetahs and leopards. Later, you will drive to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay. sopa Lodge
